The City of Greenville, AL is considering submitting a USEPA Brownfields Grant proposal to demolish the former Boss Building (1301 Commerce Street), dispose of building debris, and remediate impacted soil and groundwater. The proposed cleanup plan and potential uses of the property will be discussed and a copy of the draft Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) will be presented. This document will also available for public review at the City Clerk’s office City Hall after the meeting.
