RESOLUTION 2025-55
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN FOR REBUILD ALABAMA FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City will receive $68,832.00 in Rebuild Alabama Funds in Fiscal Year 2026 and must adopt an annual plan detailing how and where the funds will be utilized, and
WHERAS, the City Council of Greenville, Alabama is desirous of utilizing the funds allocated for the 2025 year, for patching and paving, and save 2026 funds for future projects.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GREENVILLE, ALABAMA, WHILE IN REGULAR SESSION ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2025, as follows:
Section 1. That the Annual Transportation Plan, which is required in order to receive Rebuild Alabama Funds, is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Greenville.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective upon its adoption.
