Commercial solid waste exceeding 180 gallons of garbage will be provided service by third party contractors. The City shall provide service for commercial solid waste of less than 180 gallons per week.

All solid waste generated by commercial establishments must be placed inside the containers provided by the City or by the third party contractor, as the case may be, and it shall be unlawful to deposit such solid waste in other residential containers. However, rubbish generated by commercial establishments and placed beside the container such as boxes, cartons, or crates must be broken down and securely tied in bundles not exceeding fifty pounds in weight or four feet in dimension.
